All you need to do is to download the latest version of the software for the OEM carrier originally branded for (blackberry.com, desktop software, sprint latest version) and select RIM's MULTI-LANGUAGE version pack (150-300Mb download). Install that with BB Desktop Manager, in options, select the East Asian language viewing options and then select the East Asian input options. RIM is now obviously targeting the Asian market heavily in 2010/2011 and has native Asian language support in most carriers worldwide. This is so much more compicated than it needs to be.
